Sauted Sugar Snap Peas
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon of Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cups fresh sugar snap peas
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add the Virgin Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the sugar snap peas, and toss to coat with the Virgin Olive Oil.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
