Sauted Sugar Snap Peas


  • 2 Tablespoon of Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cups fresh sugar snap peas
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add the Virgin Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the sugar snap peas, and toss to coat with the Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
